The hotel star ratings tend to indicate the size and facilities of a hotel, not the comfort and services. Consequently we have introduced our own UKSG quality grading to help you gain a better all round impression of our hotels:

Bronze -
stands for 3* equivalent. Normally a smaller family run hotel, spotlessly clean, good range of facilities.

Silver -
stands for 4* equivalent. Larger hotels, with more rooms and facilities.

Gold -
stands for 5* equivalent. Very high level of décor, facilities and service.

Superior -
Indicates that this hotel is relatively higher quality for its category.
