When we found this place we felt we just had to add it to our carefully selected portfolio. It’s a charming, small hotel right in the heart of the historic capital city of Girona. It offers our guests a real flavour of Catalan culture, within walking distance of many of the historical monuments like the Cathedral and Gothic Jewish quarter, where narrow twisting streets harbour a range of shops, tapas bars and fine restaurants. Next door to the hotel is a theme Coffee House called Café Roma, that sells coffee from all over the world. If you love coffee then you must stop by. This family-run hotel is spotlessly clean. Last year it was completely refurbished in a delightful mix of modern contemporary and traditional decor. The rooms are adequately spacious with en suite bathroom. Most of the rooms have an interesting view overlooking a vibrant street below.
