The house has a capacity for 13 people, with accomodation arranged on two floors. The ground floor has a hall, a sitting room with fireplace, a large kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor are 5 double bedrooms and a bathroom, first room ,double bed plus a cot, second room: double bed: third room, two single beds: fourth room: double bed plus a cot, fifth room, double bed and a single bed. All of the bedrooms are double, and the majority can be converted into triple rooms on request. The house has modern electrical appliances such as satellite TV, DVD and music center in the lounge, plus fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle are available to make one’s stay as confortable as possible. The house has full central heating. A Welcome Pack ( milk, tea, coffee, eetc ) is supplied on arrival.

Outdoor:
Adjoining the farmhouse area there are woodlands, fields and one small lake . All electrical lines are underground.All the property has a surface of 7,5 hectares.
